It’s unlikely that even the Denzel-lovers (mostly female, I’d guess) will turn out for this one, and men seem to also be disinterested.  The market seems flooded with these dystopic visions of post-apocalyptic future - and none of them seem to work.  The Book of Eli isn’t much different, despite the charm of its star.  Even Gary Oldman’s dull in a role it feels like he’s played before.
